Old Toy Stuff is dedicated to providing you with the best service for selling your old toys. Our process is simple, just complete the above contact form making sure you attach some decent photos of your toys and let us know if you have the original packaging, what the condition is like and what you’re hoping to get for it.
We may reply asking you to send us more detailed pics or to ask some general questions, but if we like your items, we’ll make you an offer. You’re under no obligation to accept, but we’d understand if you changed your mind. Old toys do that sometimes.
If you’re happy with the price we quoted for your toys, we’ll email you a pre-paid address label to ship your toys to us. When the items arrive with us they’ll be inspected so we know they’re as we agreed, after which we’ll pay you by bank transfer or PayPal (when we agree a price, you can let us know the details of your preferred pay options).
In the small chance that we receive something other than what we were expecting, Old Toy Stuff retains the right to return your toys to you and not buy the item. We try very hard to prevent this situation from happening, but we’d be lying if we said it never happens. If it does, we’ll make sure there’s zero cost to you.
